Mr. Anurag Chautala

Meet Anurag, who began his journey in Gymnastics and Mallakhamb at just 8 years old.

By 13, he secured third place at the National Mallakhamb Competition and later won gold at the State Gymnastics Championship at 20.

Now as an established instructor he coaches after work and is currently preparing for International Mallakhamb and Acrobatics Competition. Mr. Anurag is a fine testament of how passion can turn into positive outcomes.

Ms. Shamal Nikam

Meet Shamal, who began her Yoga journey at just 18 years old. By the age of 21, she had already earned her certifications. After college, she worked as a Yoga teacher for students aged 5 to 16 at Gurukul School, Vikhroli.

Now a coach, she conducts classes both online and in person after work and is currently preparing for advanced training. A true example of passion, discipline, and dedication!
