Vivek Khadekar is a great example of determination. Vivek successfully pursued and completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, while continuing to work with equal dedication. Now, fueled by the dream of becoming a Design Engineer, he’s preparing to pursue his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. “Balancing work and studies wasn’t easy,” Vivek admits, “but the support from my team and company made all the difference. I’m truly thankful for the encouragement and flexibility that helped me chase my goals.”
