20 years ago on this day, Mr. Pradeep Narkhede<\/a> our Founder and Managing Director along with Mr. Ganesh Firke General Manager had laid the foundation of Shalya with an aim of \u201cContributing to healthcare by addressing the unmet needs and creating modes to improve the efficiency of an operating theatre\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shalya <\/a>was started with a team of 5 members in 2002 and in the last 2 decades we have grown into a family of more than 250 employees serving 60 plus countries across the globe. With the constant, unwavering support of surgeons, mentors, and our business partners, Shalya has emerged to be one of the world\u2019s fastest-growing manufacturers of innovative Operating Room Equipment. In these 20 years, Shalya has traced its path from being an Indian start-up to a globally recognized and respected organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
