While juggling studies and freelance work, Tushar built his skills through hard work and curiosity. He recently completed a 30-day photo challenge, showcasing everyday life from unique perspectives. \u201cDesign and photography aren\u2019t just my work \u2013 they\u2019re my voice,\u201d he says. With the right support and determination, Tushar continues to create impactful visuals that inspire\u00a0and\u00a0connect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mr. Vivek Khadekar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vivek Khadekar is a great example of determination. Vivek successfully pursued and completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, while continuing to work with equal dedication. Now, fueled by the dream of becoming a Design Engineer, he&#8217;s preparing to pursue his Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. &#8220;Balancing work and studies wasn&#8217;t easy,&#8221; Vivek admits, &#8220;but the support from my team and company made all the difference.
